Blogging and not knowing it!

Thought I would post this article that I found online about blogging: Holes in the Blogoshpere? It starts off a little critical of the whole blogging concept; but then goes on to say that 32 million people read blogs, and 1 out of every 17 Americans has a blog. Who knew!? It also explains what a powerful marketing tool blogs are; marketers should maintain close relationships with bloggers to better market their brand. It appears that blogging may be here to stay.

I actually found this article on a website (www.gawker.com) that I occassionally check for some celebrity gossip. Turns out, "gawker" is a blog itself, I just didn't know it until I started taking Marketing 411.
